The last time we tried going to a Keg as a family (not this restaurant) we had a terrible experience and until now I haven't eaten at a keg with my family in 6 years. This time however the complete opposite experience!! They seated us straight away the food was prompt the server was amazing and this is the only restaurant I've used that still has the same menu!! “Chicken is always a miss here - dry and old. They seem to selectively pick the smallest pieces as well. Last time received a drumstick the size of ones you get for 30c on a Wednesday. Drinks are mostly ice. And they follow the fluff, don’t stuff rule on fries. The only good thing about this location is there is rarely a wait due to the above. Go there to try the new chicken sandwich where there is no way they can mess it up.”

“The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and the food is pretty good. What I found lacked about the food was the portion sizes. For the price of the onion rings and poutine I expected a bit more and for my rings to be put in a box instead of just placed on the tray. My onion rings were also overcooked. The restaurant had an unappealing smell that threw off my dining experience. For the best experience at this location, I recommend ordering a donair for take out and you won't be disappointed.”

“Don't dine-in....get takeout A few dine-in cons: no trays are provided, you are just given your food a paper bag for dine-in! They should at least provide the tray paper or a larger paper covering for the table for dine-in, to facilitate a safe food handling experience with customer safety in mind when eating finger foods! Like HELLO this is why restaraunt trays with paper were invented/implemented in the first place!!! Some tables and seats were dirty, they need better upkeep! Napkins should be placed upright in the bag and not on the very bottom so that the customer can find them easily. Napkins should also be left in the dine in area for customers. A few pros: Staff was friendly, used gloves and face masks. Staff replaced my onion rings that fell on the table due to lack of tray/paper...and their Topsy tourney, capsizing box design... This was a 5* place before their new operating policies were put into place, but now just 3* for safety, would have been just 1* if the food wasn't so good! Learn from your mistakes and improve, thanks!”

“First off Swiss Chalet is a always a sure bet for quality food. Highly recommend, dine-in is wonderful, but particularly take-out and delivery. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We recently ordered delivery for our staff. They prepared over 40 meals, with special requests and not a single mistake. All meals were individually packaged and labeled. Made it incredibly easy and safe to provide food during these COVID times.”

I haven't been to this McDonald's in months, and it was always just pretty good - however, it seems that there is additional attention being paid to assembly and presentation of the bacon ? cheeseburgers now Neatly stacked bun and patty - cheese actually on the patty, and condiments generously and evenly distributed. As well as an adequate amount of bacon. Added bonus' - the fries were hot and crispy and the iced coffee was very tasty ? I think they'll see me there a little more often.”
