“I am usually very picky and have high standards, but Dr. Karen Ching is the best doctor I've seen before. She has been my wife's OB and during this time, she has been very patient, professional, and approachable. As this is our first baby, we had an enormous backlog of questions and Dr. Ching was so patient to answer each one. I know that most OBs have waiting times of 2 - 4 hours even with an appointment, but we never had this problem with Dr. Ching. She is a bliss for maternity.”

“I see Dr Jaarsveldt through the St Albert Hospital and he's amazing. He's clearly a brilliant man but on top of that he is also a kind spirit. That's a rare find for a doctor. I would highly recommend him and his expertise He has a dry sense of humour, which I enjoy but my mother got a bit cranky about, don't let it fool you, he is very compassionate and thoughtfully chooses his words to help you through the process and give you guiding advice. I often find there is a huge lack of thoughtfulness in the medical field. Wonderful doctor, sad I can't see him for everything. Side note--his secretary is not a nurse so don't listen to her medical advice and push to have her send him a message with any of your questions; he is very accommodating about any concerns you have.”

“I went to this clinic for a vasectomy. Dr Morrison and his nurse gave detailed explanations about the procedure, post care and risks. The procedure itself was quick and painless however there were moments of discomfort which can be mitigated through distracting yourself- I watched a sitcom on my phone and probly laughed through a 3rd of the time lying there so just remember a lot of the discomfort is in your head! I expected sleep to be poor and to awake with pain that night however I believe Dr Morrison is so masterful at doing vasectomies that my only issue the morning after is swelling and pressure discomfort. I'd highly recommend this pleasant and experienced Dr.”
