I received a text an hour before the technician arrived with information about the technician coming as well as a picture of him. It also had a little bio about the tech which I think was a really nice touch. He was thorough and diligent and I appreciated that he cleaned up well after his work. I didn't have everything I needed and he waited for me to have all of the equipment, finishing everything in one go. I will definitely use them again!”
