“The new owners have done a great job trying to revitalize this campsite. The staff/owners are down to earth and genuinely care about your stay. We tented and the sites were spacious and well kept with power a fire pit and picnic table. The neighbor noise level was minimal with a nice barrier of trees between stalls. There are flush toilets and showers available to the campers. The walk to the beach is overgrown but again the owners are working on restoring the campground. Overall loved the stay and would return. Plus it is only 20 minutes away! Highly recommend for anyone looking to get away for the bustle of the city and relax for the weekend! 5/5!”

“Beautiful campground, excellent cabins, nice and quiet. Firewood was provided, as well as a BBQ under a covered shelter. Cabin has a fridge, two bunk beds including a queen size. Great for kids. Only feedback: the light from the bathrooms was shining directly into our windows (no curtains) and kept our son awake in the night. Definitely would stay again, and recommend to friends and family.”

“I have stayed at this hotel a few times and I have to say it has always been a great experience. The staff always goes above and beyond. The free breakfast is a full breakfast buffet and great selections every morning. I am a smoker and to my delight they have an out building just for smokers. It is heated and has plenty of seating. It was -27c this past weekend in Edmonton so this new addition will definitely make this the only hotel I will stay in when in the Edmonton area!!!!!”

“Very nice staff. New hotel. What you expect from 4 points with a few surprises such as underground parkade and extremely helpful staff. They seem to be genuinely pleased to host guests. One star knocked off for spotty housekeeping. Not always on the ball and doing bare minimum (not refilling things, not cleaning shower between guests, not cleaning at all)”

“Stayed there the evening of Feb. 18th, 2019. Booked by phone some time ago with Kayla whose service was awesome. ????The other staff, Jesse, Katherine and Rita, who checked us in and out were also great!!! The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. It was also satisfying to be able to plug the vehicle in on a cold night. With service like that we will certainly stay there again if we need to be in the area. Thank you for treating us so well! ????????”

And we enjoyed our stay as the beds and rooms were very nice and the breakfast was very appetizing. 1 of 2 nights because we have had some unseen things pop up and we had to leave a day early and they had no problems refusing us the money. We will be staying here on our next trip to Edmonton.”
