“Covid is definitely having an impact. Be ready for longer lift lines with no social distancing. Masks are required in left lines and ski patrol is doing a good job of reminding people to cover both their mouth and nose. It's outside, so that's probably better, but you stand in line for 20-30 minute. There are lines for cohorts and those riding together. However, they don't group anyone, so the lines for those willing to ride with others are much faster and you still don't ride with others. They really need better line management, especially for the Gold chair. The hill is as good as ever and the staff are friendly. Indoor services were good too, but don't expect people to be masked indoors because they are "eating". Overall, probably avoid the ski hill this year and go extra next year.”

“Great mountain, not very big, great groomed runs. Really close to the city. Can get busy on the weekend, weekday skiing is great though.”

“Here for a wedding reception. Tasteful room. Delicious food and friendly efficient service. [The late-night onion rings were the best that I've ever had...so crunchy!] The room acoustics could be addressed to lessen the noise but I would definitely recommend this location.”

“Adjacent to the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, the village center contains a Post Office, Kananaskis Outfitters (outdoor gear and kit store) plus the Moosehead Family Cafe and it's store. Review is mostly about the Cafe. Breakfast sandwich hits the mark on a very cold October morning, coffee is very tasty, so is the hot chocolate (according to my 9 year old). Mass variety of knick-knacks and souvenirs for those of us who like to pick up some fridge magnets on the way around Canada. Staff at the cafe and the Outfitter store are great and very helpful, home made cookies and muffins are very good. Highly recommended stop when on the trails or staying at the hotel.”

“Such amazing customer service from the Moose Family Kitchen! Their menu seems to have something for everyone and was very reasonable. The breakfast combo in the morning was perfect to get your day started. Really quality service - felt like you were family! Also happened to be open late and we were able to get sundaes!”

“Had the most amazing day out fat biking with Claude. He took our group out on an awesome trail - beautiful views and super fun runs. Our group was mostly novice riders - but he taught us some skills and took us out on a trail that safely pushed us out of our comfort zone. Everyone had an absolute blast. If you're thinking of renting a bike, I suggest booking a tour! Worth the few extra bucks for an amazing guide and opportunity to meet like-minded people. Looking forward to booking again.”

“Cheese burger was tasty and accompanied by fries that are starchy. Service was fast and pleasant. Taco salad was very disappointing.”

“We had a late lunch at Forte restaurant in the hotel. It was great although we had to sit outside due to the restrictions. Spectacular views of the mountains from this location.”

“Excellent hotel! Clean, big rooms, restaurant was fabulous but a bit overpriced. Every hotel and restaurant staff member we dealt with was so warm and pleasant. Will definitely be back!”

“We came here because Woodys Pub was closed on a Friday night of a long weekend during a game 7 of the Stanley cup playoffs (check my 1 star review of Woodys Pub). It turned out to be a great night that resulted in great memories and great times. Who knew you you could have a great night without Woodys.”

“Large, somewhat private camp sites. Close proximity to trails and great hikes. Reasonable rates for the stunning views. Central store area is dated and in need of reno, but it adds to the rustic camping experience. I'd go back for sure!”

“One of the most beautiful spa’s in Canada. Highly recommend this place to my friends and family. The staff do a one of a kind job cleaning this facility. Absolutely immaculate. The price reflects what you get. From when you enter the spa to when you leave- it really speaks for itself. I love that you are forced to disconnect, by not allowing your phone out. It truly gives you time to connect with your friends, partner or family. The bistro is also delicious, I wish there was a tad more variety on the menu. And perhaps a few more warm dishes. Can’t wait to return in February!”

“The food, although overpriced (what do you expect though) was really good. the wine is insanely over priced, and the beer selection could be a bit better, again what do you expect though with only one dining option 😂. We had the croque Nordic and the salmon gravlax. The salmon looked and tasted great. The croque tasted good, but the presentation was lacking for a $23 sandwich. The side option is either salad (greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions) or soup of the day for an additional $7. Moxies offers a better side salad - this was enraging - add some walnuts or goat cheese to make it passable for the dining experience you’re trying to offer. The service was good, the server was a bit overwhelmed when we were there but no real complaints. It just seems like a little bit of care could go into the dishes to add a premium experience for the premium price the guests are forced to pay. If not for covid, when guests could leave the spa and re enter, I would recommend people pack their own lunch or visit the other on site restaurants. Since it’s locked down for covid, either go hungry or go to the bistro. The food tastes good in general, with some small disappointments - and expected Ofer priced items since it’s an exclusive venue in the mountains.”

“Amazing place to golf. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Sometimes you'll find yourself looking more at the scenery more than you are at the course itself. Being surrounded by mountains is breath taking.”
