“I have been going to Energize Health’s north location for a few years now and have had nothing but amazing experiences. I was so thrilled to hear they opened a location in the South and offered Physiotherapy. I was so excited I booked in for opening day and I wasn’t disappointed. The South location is beautiful with lots of light throughout with wonderful staff to greet you when you arrive. I had my appointment with Lauren, she sits with you and gets a detailed medical history and explains what she will be doing step by step and makes you feel very comfortable. It’s also one of the first physio appointments I’ve been to where you are in a private room and are not double booked with other patients. Lauren went through all the physio exercises she would like me to complete at home and set me up with an app that provides videos, sets, and reps for each exercise which makes it easy to follow. I’ve also had to take a break from one of my favorite gyms and start a little slower with my home gym. There was a fee I would need to pay to freeze my membership unless I had a note. I sent Lauren an email to inquire if it would be possible for her to provide that for me and she had it to me right away. All in all such a great experience. I will be referring all my friends in the south and will make the half hour drive to the new location for physio as it’s absolutely worth it.”

Downside: Convenience will set your wallet back. Also, I tend to avoid their busy hours 4pm-7pm (long line ups and wait times). Upside: I am almost always greeted by staff in the cosmetic section when I enter and they offer a wide range of items.”
