  Jason and Laurence did an amazing job with our carpet and bathroom floor installation. I am very impressed with the work they did. They were always professional and friendly, I appreciate all the hard work that they put in to make sure the job was done right.

  Reed and Curtis installed new carpet and under lay for us just before Christmas and we were very impressed with their work, their professionalism and friendly attitude. We are so pleased with the final result as was our family when they were home for Christmas. Thank you so much!

  As a result of a flood we have been working with a restoration company for the last three months and part of the work that was completed was new tile flooring in our en-suite. We are at the end of this process however we were not at all pleased with the tile work which appeared to have been completed very hastily...the grouting discoloured, some places where it was completely missing and the existing tile on the wall adjacent to the shower stall cracked. This outstanding issue kept getting overlooked and finally Albino(from a different flooring company) was sent in to complete this task. What a pleasure it was to deal with him. The very first thing Albino noticed was that the proposed remedial work would not be ideal due to the large differences in the thickness of the existing and new tile. Albino was very particular that we should be happy with the end product and found a solution for us despite the fact that the task in hand would take considerably longer than what was planned for originally. Albino is courteous, thoughtful, very knowledgeable and efficient. How I wish he had been sent to work on our en-suite in the first place...we would not have had to wait this long to get the job done and more importantly done professionally. Thanks Albino!

  We had a great experience with Westvalley flooring. It was quick and easy to get a quote, which ended up being less than the quotes we got from other companies.
  
  Cory was very helpful with sales, coordinating the move of my heavy old piano, coordinating the timing of my baseboards & flooring, a bit of problem solving and settling my bill.
  
  Our installer, Chris was friendly and did an excellent job. He was pleasant to work with and kept me informed at all times.
  
  Overall, I would definitely recommend Westvalley.
