(February 14, 2019, 4:20 am)I have two ladies help me out today... one to help me get an air filter for my car and the other to help sign me up for their reward program.
The customer service girl who signed me up, she could have sent me off to a till to do it but she took it on herself. Not only that, without a second thought scanned in my purchase so that I can make sure my points were on my new card.
The other lady was busy pulling sales tags off when I interrupted her ask where I would find my air filter. Quickly, she answered it was in the back and had to be asked for. Without sending me to automotive to get it, she went in and got it for me.

I had an awful experience at another Canadian Tire location where customers are treated very poorly and was pleasantly reminded that not all CT stores are equal, the Richmond CT staff are helpful, positive and definitely problem SOLVERS! My situation went from a poor experience to a reaffirming positive one all within a day! Thank you for looking outside the box and helping resolve my key cutting issue! Special thanks to Boyd!
