“I rent cars at the Calgary airport four or five times a year, sometimes for several weeks. The experience with Enterprise is always excellent. Pleasant staff, very efficient both when picking up and when returning the car. I had a rock crack the windshield during one of my rentals and they charged me a reasonable price to fix it. I tried Budget the last time because they were significantly cheaper and I had a terrible experience: poor and slow service, car was older and not as clean as with Enterprise, and they charged me $2000 to repair a plastic part that is worth $100,”

I know some reviewers complain about the extra insurance up-sell, but I have rental coverage through my auto insurer so I didn't have a problem (look into it as it's an inexpensive add-on and worth it). My only complaint is that it's a little far from the airport, but being picked up and dropped off was helpful. I would definitely use again.”
