Very happy with the experience with Protech.

We were having additional gas line run to our deck for a space heater and a fire table. Sterling was the technician who came and did our initial quote, then I had to do some prep work and he returned at the scheduled time and completed the job.
Very professional, courteous and gave me ideas if we continue to work towards our "backyard oasis" while staying within a budget.
Protech pricing was less that others who quoted the job (ATCO was 2.5x Protech price).
When City inspector reviewed the work he said it was very well done and there were no issues and passed inspection.

If I could recommend anything to anyone....PLAN AHEAD! This entire job would have been much easier had we planned a gas line at both sides of our deck BEFORE we installed it.

I used Protech to run a long gas line to my patio and garage, then later to install a firebowl on my patio. They responded quickly, and even came out ahead of time to show me what I needed to do to prepare. They were easy to book in, and the work was high quality.
