“I am so pleased with our frame that we had done here. The service is amazing, the two women that work there are so sweet, kind, and helpful. And the work that they do and the effect they put into everything they touch is mind-blowing. If you need to get anything done from a painting, to a world war frame, these women are outstanding.”

“I visited to see if they'd cast a different metal. They said that they mostly do bronze. Seems like an interesting company but I didn't end up working with them.”

“I don’t fit in with their typical clientele, so my requests are pretty unusual for what they’re used to. Nonetheless, I’ve found that the staff have always been able to figure out exactly what I’m looking for despite the fact that I’m not very good at articulating what I have in mind. It is incredibly reassuring to know that you’re going to be happy with the result when you buy a custom frame. Custom framing isn’t cheap, and I appreciate that they make sure I know what the costs are as options are presented. — — — — — — — — — — Photos: two examples of frames that I love, but wouldn’t have picked out myself.”

“The nickel galleries always have thought provoking work that takes up the space, encouraging you to move and explore with the work. The carpet makes it so you can't hear your footsteps, which takes you into the world of the artwork. The upstairs galleries offer amazing opportunities for smaller exhibitions. I love the staircase which let's me view the work below from another perspective. It takes the standard 5 seconds which people look at art and expands it as they explore and recognize something new about it. It's free to enter, they have free lockers to hold your bags and the shop is always full of lovely work to buy.”

“I went on a Saturday, parking was very easy to find. The attendant was very kind and inviting, and told me a lot about the artists I was looking at- their practice and history. The space is great. There was a diversity of artists showing, and the quality of the works was very good. I fell in love with the Grossmann paintings.”

“We brought in a framed piece of art that we purchased from another gallery out of province. The piece came damaged from shipping. The gallery recommended Christine Klassen gallery to help us get the damage repaired. Candace did an amazing job and went way above and beyond the original fix we needed. We are very thankful for her help and knowledge. This was some of the best service I have experienced in recent memory. We will be back for future purchases! Thank you!”
