“Store has little inventory and the sizes are very limited due to the fact that they sell immediately since it’s on sale.. but good selection of kicks and I got most of my Nike stuff from this factory store.. you just have to be early if your planning to shop so that you can find your size and catch some rare models on a cheaper price. “The staff were very helpful. When they didn't have what we were looking for, they offered to place an order and have it delivered straight to my door. When that didn't work out, they called around to other stores in the city and located the items, and held them out ot on hold until I could go pick it up. “I love Guess Factory anything - it's the only time I don't feel ripped off getting Guess items. Great value. Great prices. Can't go wrong. They have blinged out watches. “Wow - this is customer service. I came to shop at Michael Kors over thanksgiving weekend and was blown away by the service at every level. There was a wait time to get into the store so it was clearly very busy but I can see why everyone was waiting, the deals were great and the employees were equally amazing. This was the first time I had shopped at a Michael Kors store, and definitely won't be my last. Upon walking into the store, I was greeted by a very nice lady and after I found the purse I was looking for, I headed for the cashier. I had the pleasure of meeting Stacy who was radioing for new inventory from the back. To my surprise, a nice young man had brought a brand new purse from the back that was in the original packaging, I didn't even have to ask! Even though the store was very busy, everyone in line was having a great time and laughing with Stacy and the rest of the staff while we waited. The cashier was very friendly and helpful as well! I really didn't expect this level of service on a busy weekend. It kind of makes me want to brave Black Friday. Great experience, I definitely recommend coming here over other department stores that carry Michael Kors.”

“Not over all impressed with this store sadly when i went to do a return she didn't even look to see the shoes that i had brought back or ask why i was returning them at all and then wanted all my personal information saying that it was for loss prevention which i understood but when i asked about the email i didn't want to be signed up for any newsletter she said it wouldn't but as soon as i got home i was signed up for it , not impressed by that. The overall poor service would prevent me from going back to the store sadly. No one even asked me for help the day before which would have most likely prevented me from buying the wrong shoes in the first place. I think a staff audit is necessary to improve store performance as well as overall experience with customers needs to be addressed.”

The staff are polite, there is usually a nice sale going on, and the shoe quality is pretty good for the price. If you like PUMA shoes, apparel, and such, swing by and you should find something you might like for a good price.”
