You can tell it was designed to allow customers to walk into a pressure free, chaotic free environment that dealerships are expected to have. I was greeted by every staff member with a smile and warm welcome. I was treated with a beverage, then escorted to the lot with all the current vehicles for a tour. Tyler was very confident, knowledgeable and honest in response to my questions and curiosity about the business. The selection and presentation of the vehicles stood out. You will find information about the vehicle posted on the car, and to prove their “Near Cost” title, there is a printed sheet with exact models sold in the market to compare to. The concept and customer experience is what I was most impressed by, and the intention of making sure that the customer experience was very different from that of any other car dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle, especially because of how simple and quick the process of buying a vehicle is. “Kohltech acquired Equibuilt windows a few years ago and they still honoured a warranty replacement for glazing purchased from Equibuilt. When I spoke to Kohltech about 5 windows that were "fogging up" they suggested contacting McLeod Windows and Doors who coordinated ordering the glass under warranty and then arranged for the installation. Everyone I dealt with at Kohltech, McLeod and the installer Ted Zystra were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Kohltech or McLeod Windows and Doors.”
