“Moved to Okotoks a few months ago and was looking for a new hair salon. Nu-You has great reviews and I was looking for something new as I had not been to a hair dresser in 5 months. I came in with hair past my shoulders and very washed out fashion blue mixed in with my natural grey, some of the blue had turned to a yellowy-green, which Jessica noticed right away. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but, at the time, I thought I was in my 50s so I should figure out a way to embrace my age. Jessica suggested we go back to my natural colour so the grey could grow out naturally and she would cut the extra length off to clean up the look. This all sounded great until I was home and tried styling it a few days and just couldn’t figure out what to do. So I went back and showed her a picture of me 13 years ago and said, the cut wasn’t what I wanted and could she maybe cut more off so I could do the old style I used to have. Not only did she wash, cut and style my hair again but she didn’t act upset or blame me or even charge me for the extra work, and this time, it was perfect. I can’t even begin to explain how much younger I feel and the compliments are daily…on the colour and on the cut. Friends and co-workers keep looking at me and making comments that I don’t look like the same person, and my husband can’t believe how much I look like I did when we met 10 years ago. “Their pizza is soooooo delicious! We stopped in for lunch today and we had a great overall experience. The service was amazing, prompt, and super super friendly. Delicious flavours, the crust was baked perfectly, not too greasy, and dips were tasty (and free!) as well. Everyone got a different pizza and the small size was plenty, even enough for leftovers. Pictured is the Dewey with prosciutto, arugula, mozza, pesto & onion. I asked for extra fresh arugula on top also. Very delicious! Highly highly recommend, they know what they’re doing when it comes to pizza. 10 ⭐️! Thank you! Looking forward to my next visit.”

Checked on Google to make sure it was open, and then raced over because I was so exited it was open till 10, only for the staff to not open the door for me. Was really disappointed to see two guys working in there, but have it closed 15 minutes early. If the location closes early to clean up I wish the store hours on Google reflected that.”

“My friends and I went to the opening of Market's new pop-up kitchen at Big Brewery and it was amazing! We were big fans of Market when they had their Calgary restaurant and it was always our go to place when we would go downtown! I am happy to see they are opening a place in Okotoks, it's only a 20 minute drive from south Calgary where we live! The food was exactly how I remembered it and I love how they are featuring all their signature dishes from the restaurant and food truck! The fried chicken sandwich, brussels sprouts, poutine, gnocchi and burger where all amazing! My friend is a celiac and we are happy to see they have tons of GF options and a designated fryer! My other friends is also Vegan, so it was great that there were items on the menu for her to enjoy! The beer was great, and love the atmosphere! We came and watched a Flames game on their giant projector screen and tried a bunch of the beer brewed on-site. I highly recommend the Vienna Lager! I can't wait to go back and eat more of that gnocchi and try their brunch which happens on the weekends! The beer poached eggs benny, stuffed french toast and breakfast tacos all look amazing! Highly recommend!”
