Mountain View Bed & Breakfast

Provided great breakfast & snack options. Short walking distance to downtown Banff. Safe & comfortable. Owners were onsite, very friendly & welcoming. It was a home away from home.

We loved our stay at Mountainview B&B. It felt like we had a whole home to ourself in right in the quaint neighborhood only a short walk from downtown Banff. Edwina our host was extremely helpful at giving us tips and advice on hikes and places to visit (and even had bear spray ready for us!). Very clean and the breakfast was abundant. Would stay here again anytime! Thanks Edwina!

We loved the generous space (bedroom, private bathroom, separate living room and access to the shared kitchenette) in her place and amenities that really enabled us to make ourselves feel at home for our week in Banff. We also really enjoyed the wide range of simple items offered as part of the continental breakfast.

Complimentary parking (not so common in Banff) was close to the entrance, and the complimentary Sunshine/Lake Louise ski shuttles are just a ~5-7 minute walk away.

Basic B&B with sharing bathroom. Very well located - short walk into town. Parking available.
The room basic with little storage or bag space. Bathroom was shared but very close to the room therefore extractor fan was very loud when in use and could hear the shower whenever in use too. Not ideal. Also the walls are pretty thin. All the hallway noise and other guests chatting could all be heard in our bedroom.
Kitchen was well equipped for what we needed - coffee machine, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery.
Edwina provided good supply of breakfast items for us too.

We loved the stay as the place was quiet and comfortable. The room was a bit too small for two people with luggage. Kitchen was well equipped. The continental breakfast was satisfactory, but there was no juice for a non coffee or tea drinkers.
