“My husband and I went for massages right before the December 2020 COVID restrictions. We had an amazing experience. Andrea did a fantastic job with both of us and went above an beyond to make it a great experience. An upside to the restrictions is that we also had the pool booked off to ourselves for 1hr which helped to make it feel like our own little place as there was no one else around. Check out this spa - it's worth it.”

“The hotel is a bit old but nice. The room was spacious and we had access to a huge shared balcony which was very nice. That said, the room was not serviced well. We never got enough towels and the trash cans were not emptied once. The swimming pool was nice but it is *very* small and the water were freezing (which didn’t stop my kids from enjoying it!). The hot tub was great! Spacious, hot and strong jets.”

“If your after a secluded tranquil time-out spa treatment while your in Banff, then Red Earth Spa is the place to go. Decent prices, friendly staff and all the amenities to utilise while you have your treatment. My husband and I each had a foot massage which was super lovely and a nice way to finish off a day of walking around during the summer heat in Banff. We were lucky enough to walk straight in and get an appointment however this isn’t usual so I would recommend making a booking so you don’t miss out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“It was just ok. I've been to much better hit springs elsewhere. Sure it was nice to dip in, the place was clean and well maintained. But it was small, crowded, and underwhelming in general. Parking can be a little difficult during peak times so better to come early in the morning. Buy tickets in advance if possible. It's also weather dependent, if there's any lightning then they have to empty the pool for at least 30 minutes. There's locker rooms and they'll give you tokens that can be used for the locker, just read the instructions carefully as it can be tricky to use and you might waste your token.”

“We went for mother's day brunch. The service was fantastic. Our server was professional, yet fun. Any interaction with staff was outstanding. The food was pretty good with many options. I will likely not book a room here though, as the areas that we were in did not seem very clean, like the whole place needed a really good scrub.”

“Every time I'm in Banff I always come here for dinner or lunch. The view is amazing at the restaurant. If you're there when the tables are set on the balcony I highly recommend that area to sit. The food is always perfect. Drinks are amazing especially their homemade lemonade is 100% perfect. I must say don't forget to order their desserts. They are really delicious. Price wise this is much better than any other 5 star dining. Can't compare the food quality,price and view to anywhere else in the area. The pastry store also sells really nice deserts other than the restaurant's.”
