I love it here. The decor reminds me of the 50s, the colors are impressive, mostly gray with teal, dark blue and a splash of orange.
The prime rib well done was delicious and full of flavor. They were generous with the sauce so every bite was flavorful. Definitely good for sharing.
We also enjoyed the paella, delicious and filling.
The portion sizes are very generous. The staff were friendly.
Luxury, elegance and quality at the highest level! We had breakfast here and everything was so good. You get to order a breakfast dish and then there's a gourmet buffet station. It's the perfect place after you take a morning stroll by the lake.
Had a great dinner here and awesome service from Emma. We had starters and mains. The main dishes are large portions and we didn’t need all the food but I am glad I tried the almond gazpacho. Out of this world. Every bite of everything was delicious. We had a 6pm reservation and were sat by the fire escape on a mostly empty restaurant. We were moved to a better table with shade protection. I have decades of food and beverage experience. That table should be sat last if at all. I have never asked for a different table but I am glad I did.
Having just arrived Lake Louise I was not a guest but was told they may make an exception. I began my evening with a dry but fruity sparkling wine from BC. I informed the server Antoine that I was gluten free and he said the chef made the sauce special for the Morels with Chicken. I also asked for a side salad and I like that it had some kale (possibly from the front flower bed?) Anyway, I love how hyperlocal and seasonal the menu is. Oh the rhubarb gin fizz cocktail was my dessert even tough they had sorbet. After dinner I took a leisurely walk around the lake before sunset at 10pm. Compliments to the chef, server, and host who said “why not” on a tourist who wasn’t a hotel guest.
