“This hospital met our needs very well. The doctors and the nurses were accommodating and even allowed a patient from colon surgery to have hospital visits with his beloved dog in his room on the 3rd floor. Diligent and flexible staff. Outstanding. I disagree with many of the sour grape reviews here. If it takes time to see an emergency medicine doctor that's not the fault of this hospital or their staff, or any other hospital across Canada. We are overloading the population of this country, which is having impacts to medical care everywhere.”

“Sometimes we forget to acknowledge/thank employees who do their jobs efficiently - Radiology is a good example. Needing 2 different procedures done, I was accommodated by having them done back to back, so 1 visit instead of 2. A reminder for the booking the day before, was appreciated. From Reception to navigating around this large facility was helpful. I found everything so well organized, all the procedures were explained and questions answered. Thank you.”

“First off you are greeted with a singing receptionist, beautiful voice by the way, starts your appointment off beautifully. Then the assistants that joke with you and listen to what you have to say is even better. Then you have the doc himself, what do you say about him 🤔. Other then you have a compassionate, caring and funny person that just makes a visit as painless, and and enjoyable all at the same time. What more can I say. He's the man..
