“Lovely lady, lovely home, great people skills and a warm comfortable atmosphere. My complaint was in the actual job its self. The job I got done I've had done for a long while, and it usually takes about half hour to an hour depending on how thorough they were. It took her less than 15 minutes and upon longer examination I can see she missed a lot of hairs, both a few scattered about and big patches that I can grab. Just felt like it was a lazy job.”

“Nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. It was my first time there and did a full tranquility package including oxygen, sauna and float that I received for my birthday. Super nice, clean, and beautiful space. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. He forgot my pre-float drink that I chose on the form but no big deal at all! Different oxygen aromas were really nice to customize your experience. Sauna was nice and clean, and they provide you with aux and different cords so you can listen to your own music, podcasts, etc. I forgot a water bottle and they provide glasses on water for the sauna as they understand you need to replenish yourself during the hot sauna. You could tell by their procedures they have high understanding of the body, and a high standard of cleanliness. The float itself was such an amazing experience, I wasn’t sure about the smell when I first walked in, I thought it would be distracting during the float (smells salty and beachy, most likely from the large salt content in the water) but a couple deep breathes and I couldn’t tell anymore. They provide a head/neck floaty which was great for my anxiety and once I turned the lights off I just floated away. Went to a place where I wasn’t asleep, I could still hear the music playing lightly but my body was in such a relaxed state, almost meditative. Seriously nothing I’ve ever experienced before. 10/10 will 100% be back. Everyone is getting one for their birthdays and Christmas presents!”

“This was my first visit to the salon. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be greeted when I first walked in then escorted around to where I needed to be. I started with a 60 min relaxation massage. This was wonderful and Martha did a great job. The products all smelled amazing and there were some details and fine touches that were so nice. I then had a hair cut with a conditioning treatment. The chairs at the hair washing sinks are massage chairs! It was nice that the service started with a scalp massage. I loved my haircut! I liked my stylist but I felt like she was a little rough with me, when she was brushing and drying my hair. The only thing I wasn't happy with was I was offered a coffee when I got there, but I declined because I was going right in to a massage and didn't want one. I then had a bit of time between appointments. When I started my hair appointment it would have been nice for them to ask me one more time if I wanted a beverage. It would have been a perfect experience if they had. Since this was my first visit I didn't feel comfortable asking for one.”

“I was passing through Lethbridge and Shear Persuasion was one of the first salons recommended to me from Google, where I made a last minute appointment with Megan Baker. After my appointment, I actually left saddened at the fact I was only just passing through.. Because I wish Megan could be my full-time stylist. She was incredible! I can’t recommend her enough. Her attention to detail and dedication to getting that perfect blonde colour is unmatched. I would go out of my way to book with her again in the future, as I pass through Lethbridge a few times a year. The rest of the staff were very personable and sweet, overall a great experience. 6/5 stars!”
