“A month ago, there was a glitch on the Covid button to Register, on the Pharmacy website, using my phone. After contacting the Pharmacy by email, Paul returned a reply right away, and it was fixed shortly. Any questions, he replies quickly. It's been frustrating because they haven't been able to get enough Vaccine, through no fault of theirs. But in finally getting the Vaccine, when you fill out the forms online, prior to your appointment, they also phone you to confirm, which is great! You show up at your appointment time(not early) walk to the desk, to let them know that you're there, and within minutes, we (husband, too) had our shots. It went very smoothly! And you receive a Printable Vaccine Receipt, by email, which I appreciate. Thanks Paul and his work family! Great job!”
