“Always a good choice, lots of wildlife and birds to see. The kids absolutely love it here. The harmony playground is great different structures can be used to make sounds, there's also a slide. Wishhart Trail is great but be prepared it's about 4 or 5 k long, I wouldn't suggest taking this trail with a stroller or anything but it could be doable if you have good wheels on your stroller. Plenty of boardwalks to check out. And lots of signs telling you about the plants, animals, insects, and history of the area. In summer definitely bring bug spray and water. Also in summer they do a goat run, where they heard goats down the trail, the kids love to watch them running. There's also an information center with a gift shop and bathrooms. They do lots of cool nature learning activities that you can sign up for.”

“One of a few centrally located outdoor gathering areas easily accessible from nearly everywhere in the city as well as the trail system therein. It has picnic benches with furniture, a sheltered area overlooking the the area, public washrooms at both ends, and a short jaunt to bower ponds. There are several fire pits meaning you have a good chance of funding an open spot. Bring your own wood. One of the items making this location stand out is the terrain itself. The large open area is lower than the surrounding area giving the sense of being in an open area yet secluded from the city around.”

“I represent a hard rock band called Revolution Engine. We played in the new event centre on site at Heritage Ranch. The space sounded great. It is set up well for loading in for decor companies, customers, and musicians/performers. Great staff! Great team! Great brisket! We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back to check out this destination eatery as well!”
