Holly was incredibly kind and charismatic young lady who made conversation easy going and relaxed. Davis was an amazingly unique individual with a great sense of reliability and overall good vibe. I enjoyed talking to them both as they both provided an excellent atmosphere within the lobby. Davis was able to provide me with information and Holly reassured me of the essay and simple process the hotel operates through. 10/10 experience… 11/10 customer service, again from Holly and Davis.”
