“Love the Italian Centre, but had an extremely disappointing experience recently with a manager when we ordered pizza from the cafe. We ordered the last two pizzas left at the location and then watched a lady take our order in front of our faces. We were then offered her order as a replacement, but it was not what we ordered. Staff were nice and apologetic. They brought the manager over saying that he could process our refund, but that was when our negative experience truly began. His customer service was appalling and he offered to refund us the cost difference between the pizzas (which was a dollar) with no apology or consideration that it was not what we ordered. He seemed angry at us for the situation, so we did not take the dollar and left. Will be back for groceries, but certainly not the cafe. Edit: Thank you to the Italian Centre for following up with a polite and detailed explanation.”

“Amazing meal and service. Best place we have eaten in Sherwood park. We had meat and cheese plate and lots of different seafood and all was amazing. “Went there on a cold snowy day during Covid. I had a pretty big order for 9 people. Dine-in was closed and there was no lineup. Staff were very friendly and prepared my order fairly quickly. Coffee quality was great and what you would expect from Starbucks. Would have to try at a busier time to comment on customer service when things are busy.”
