“It's a beautiful Saturday and I'm headed out to enjoy the day. While locking my door the lock insides broke loose and attached to my key. I did a quick search and found next locksmith Hamilton. I called and was greeted very very kindly by Jane who was able to provide me estimated price and 15-30 minute ETA. I decided to go get a coffee while I waited and 3 minutes later I got a call from Joesph (Next locksmith literally arrived in 3 minutes!) I had to tell Joe to please wait for me as I was about 2 minutes away from home. Not only was Joe able to fix my broken cylinder lock, he advised me that this is a common issue with cheaper big box store hardware. I ended up purchasing a deadbolt lock from Joe that is LSDA approved and he even helped me install it! I was worried my broken lock was going to cost more due to complication but the quote Jane provided me was accurate. We're in 2022 where everything is so different but I really like how honest and helpful NEXT locksmith has been. Thank you Jane and Joe! I will be advertising you to all my friends and family.
