Ordered steak sandwiches and one was done to perfection for medium rare and the other was cooked more to medium instead of medium rare as requested. Caesar salad was brown in spots so wasn’t as appealing as we’d hoped for. Place has lots of Australian decor which added to atmosphere. Friendly service and prices were average. Tons of variety to pick from, way more than we’d expect.

Great spot, dog friendly patio, tons of selection, family owned. All the charm and none of the fluff. Servers are friendly, owner is present and helpful and for a first timer coming through, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and portion sizes of all of our meals.

The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing! The portions were good and everything was super yummy. The Italian sausage was especially delicious. Great price and quality! 😋🍳 the servers were so nice and kind totally recommend this place

Second time here at Boomerangs, always amazing. Love the atmosphere, service each time was very efficient and they make sure your looked after! Basic breakfast but pretty damn good, the waffle was amazing. 10/10 recommend if your coming through Port Alberni. Burgers are great too.

Very very nice brunch spot in Port Alberni, what a gem indeed! Excellent lovely service making it a wonderful experience! Be "careful" of their super large portion size!

The Ceser Salad tossed with their homemade sauce is hands down the best!
