“Our server was very attentive and very welcoming. Our food came right on time, fresh and hot. Did I say she was attentive? Haha! It was a very cold snowy day, and I asked for hot water, and our server was so kind to bring a pot with some lemon. It’s the little things. Lots of seating space, but there’s a limit of 6 people per table following the covid restrictions. Since we were 6 adults plus a baby we had to be seated on 2 separate tables that were close to each other. Good free restaurant parking.”

“Over the years we've found the service there to be a bit inconsistent. But our recent visit was great. Our server was one of the best we've had anywhere. She was friendly without being over the top, helpful when we had questions, attentive without always being on top of us. She is definitely a reason we will be back. As well, the place was clean and Covid protocols followed.”

“If you were rolling by on the highway, you'd probably never notice this place tucked in to the side of a motel -- I didn't --but locals led me there. It's the 'go to' best pub around. Lots of tap choices and quite yummy food for a reasonable price, and triple berry Canadian pie. It's easy to hang out there on the patio if you like or eat inside.”

“Sea Cider is at a great location, with a beautiful view of... the sea! The facility has been extended with a hall for more sheltered seating when needed. Good choice of ciders and a few other things including snacks like cheese and charcuterie, or pies. For me the highlight was the presence of a vendor selling delicious oysters and spot prawns: The Wandering Mollusk. Great surprise that really enhanced the experience.”
