“I'm from Vancouver and came here a few months ago on a Saturday when my CEL came on. The owner (I presume) was just about to lock up for the day when I came a knocking. It was during an atmospheric river and rain was dumping, but he came out to help despite me not having an appointment. He ran a quick diagnostic, cleared my codes and put some water into my coolant. He graciously wouldn't accept any payment, so I'm singing his company's praises for all you would be German import Vancouver Island costumers... This is the real deal and definitely not going to steal - I wish I had this guy in Vancouver, treat him well, Victoria!”

“Christina was very good --- green but patient, eager and enthusiastic. What we enjoyed about her was that she was up front and honest. When she didn't know something (totally understandable as she was new), she immediately asked a colleague/manager or looked it up --- she didn't try to make things up. Another good attribute was that she didn't "promise" us anything --- she was always accurate in her words, ensuring to us that she would try her best but that she couldn't guarantee a certain outcome -an excellent quality. We had one unfortunate blip about a wireless charging pad but Christina was very empathetic and Scott, the GM, made up for it the best way he could which was appreciated. All in all, a very good experience!”
