Catalyst was recommended to me by my Physiotherapist as he had referred a couple similar clients to them with great success. The club is stunning and stands out from the rest of the facilities in town. Furthermore, the team that works there truly cares about the clients and the community. They really listened to what I needed and helped me right from the start by communicating with my Physio and crafting a unique and strategic plan. The programming was well communicated and I never felt uneasy with the exercises we were doing. I highly recommend Catalyst, not only for rehab related issues but as a gym in general. The team, the location, and the vibe are all worth the journey. Yes, it is unfortunately off the beaten path and parking can sometimes be an issue at peak paddling hours, but again, the team always did what they could to accommodate me.”
