I worked with a few different physios over a 3 year period and after a few sessions with Libby I knew I had found the right person to help me. I always felt better after our treatments and found the exercises she set me up at home with to be very helpful. She is super knowledgeable! I am consistently pain free now, and when I do have an occasional flare up I know just what to do to help myself in the moment. As an added bonus, she has an awesome personality!
