“Libby is one of the best physiotherapists I have worked with! I used to have quite a bit of back and neck pain after a car accident. I worked with a few different physios over a 3 year period and after a few sessions with Libby I knew I had found the right person to help me. I always felt better after our treatments and found the exercises she set me up at home with to be very helpful. She is super knowledgeable! When I released, I had a 30lb weight restriction, now I am single hand kettlebell swinging and deadlifting 80lbs in each hand.
