“Edit August 25, 2022: Wow! The new Office Manager is on the ball; she called to discuss my review. That was excellent customer service. I guess there are times when the receptionists can not answer the calls as they are assisting with patience. The Office Manager did say they are working on getting an online booking system which would be incredible! I feel for anyone working in the medical field in today's world. It's not easy. Thank you for taking time out of your day to call me. That was pretty neat and most definitely appreciated. I've called twice today and the phone rings and rings. I would email if I could to ask for an appointment but they don't have an email address. I am not sure what is happening that they can't answer my call. If they are busy I would think my call would be answered and I'd be put on hold but to not answer at all is a bit concerning. Hopefully it's just a technical error. I like my doctor. She is great. I am so thankful to have a GP given the state of the health care system.”
