  Rachel & Abby are phenomenal people. Customer service, helpfulness, and advice first; sales and upselling second. Made the switch from years of iPhones to Samsung, and I had A LOT of questions. These two had the patience of a saint & walked me through everything I needed to leave comfortable with my new phone. Weren't pushy at all, so I bought a few extras to enhance the experience too! Abby helped me set up my phone & transfer my data over. It was painless, seamless, and I am one very happy customer.

  Amazing service at “Wow! Mobile boutique” at Orchard Park Mall with Abby. She took the time with our daughter to explain the various differences with iPhone & Samsung S9, had the patience of a saint with our questions, which ultimately led to a purchase. She explained the options of the current plan, and other plans. Daughter kept her phone number, Abby transferred all from her old phone to her new phone, and we were on our way. She was professional, and empathetic at the same time. A real treasure.
  I observed the others in the kiosk give amazing customer service as well. Kudos to the team!
  Will be back when it’s time to change my phone!

  Soniya and Abby were very kind and helpful! I went to many other places in the mall looking for a phone and these two girls were by far the nicest and made me feel like they were genuinely trying to get me the best deal! I ended up buying the new iPhone thanks to them and they even stayed late when the mall was closing just to help me out! Thanks again girls!

  Abby at the Orchard Park kiosk is amazing! She was the most helpful, kind and polite customer service experience I've had in a long time. She was able to handle all our issues with porting and upgrading smoothly and efficiently. Thank you for being so amazing!!!
