Canadian tire online were completely unprofessional at looking after my online order I was waiting for for almost 3 weeks. Then they canceled my order saying my product was unavailable when the site said 3 in stocks. When I called and talked to Dennis he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Very happy now, thx Dennis

He remembered me when i got there and helped me to find another item i needed. Mathew made the experience much faster and easier. It was nice to have a young person seem to enjoy his job.
