(November 10, 2020, 12:46 pm)First time utilizing the Salmon Arm location and I must say I was impressed. They were extremely busy for this time of year. A member of my family had an incident, destroying a new front tire and a rim that looked unusable. As busy as they were, the customer rep was very friendly and accommodating. He located the same brand of tire in stock. To my surprise, the rim was deemed safe use, just badly scarred up. 3 hours later the tire was ready for pick up. The price was right too. (November 7, 2020, 6:59 pm)Was there to put my winter tires on yesterday and I had some issues with some new tires (not at all on them) I got with a new car. They helped me figure out the problem and just got a general sense that they really wanted to help me. I will always bring my vehicles here for everything car related, without hesitation. Thank you Kal Tire team, you guys are awesome!
