In our dealings with store we have found them to be very honourable and willing to stand behind any product they sell. They work very hard to solve any problems their clients may encounter. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and conduct themselves with integrity and that, in my opinion, is getting harder and harder to find in businesses today. Salmon Arm Fireplace just installed a wood burning insert for us in Revelstoke last week and I have nothing but positive things to say about the level of service provided. From the beginning they were great answering all our questions over the phone and via email, also honestly recommending which products would best suit our needs based on the factors that were important to us.

They were prompt and punctual, showing up when planned and getting the work done in less time than anticipated. The price of the work was also true to the quote. Overall the whole experience was smooth and easy and I would highly recommend them!
