(February 20, 2020, 3:04 am)Going into the office in Salmon Arm was much better than trying to phone. I tried twice to use the automated voice message and it took at least 4 times at each choice. Then both times when I Finally got a person on the line they were unable to hear me so they hung up. It was frustrating. Makes me wonder about their system
