*HAD MY FIRST FLOAT*
And it was awesome! I listened to Kate's excellent instructions and just let my body "go". So glad I did this. I arrived feeling tired and stressed. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. It felt like I was lying on a giant cozy loofah cloud....warm, supported, and super relaxing. The first thing I noticed post float was that the neck and shoulder pain I feel all day every day was totally gone! Thank you Kate; I have been meaning to try this for some time. I highly recommend this as a stress and muscle pain reliever!!

Kate is great! And the services at Shuswap Float & Wellness leave me feeling deeply relaxed. I have had deep tissue massage, Neurospa therapy, a float session and Access Bars treatments at the centre and will keep going back. These services have been a huge support to me while going through some stressful situations in life. If you have never been for a float, you need to try it - simply ahhhmazing!!!

I was travelling through the interior of BC from Vernon to the Shuswap on October 31st and called over 25 clinics for a massage. All voicemail or closed businesses. I called Shuswap Float and Wellness and a lady by the name of Kate actually answered the phone at 4:00 on a Saturday. I asked if she could squeeze one more appointment for the end of a day and she graciously obliged. I raced down to the Wellness centre and was greeted by the lady on the phone. I was toured through the facility and experienced many different wellness studio’s with different equipment. I had a Salt Water float to relax me from a gruelling day of work and travel. I said to Kate, I respected the closing time, and she said don’t worry the Wellness centre was at my convenience?
I left the Salt Float, showered and was introduced to a heated Massage table. The experience of the next hour with a phenomenal Sports Massage will keep me as a customer coming back every opportunity I get to support this amazing business. After my sports massage Kate asked me to experience her Vibration room. For the next 28 minutes I was able to relax and enjoy that room. My experience with Shuswap Float and Wellness centre was off the charts from the time I called and booked, met Kate the business owner, experienced a few of the Centre’s facilities and never once did I feel rushed to leave because of the Centre’s hours of operation. This business is exactly the business that I will promote because of the attention to detail that I was exposed too! Kate the business owner is a 5 Star business and she is one of the hardest and most dedicated service people I have met in a long time. Congratulations Kate and Shuswap Float & Wellness Centre, you have a customer for life. I have referred her to many of my friends based on the experience she gave to me.

Kate was the only one that was able to unlock my neck and shoulders. Highly recommend her massages (magic fingers ?). The salt room is amazing and the chairs do their “thing” to release back tension.
