The Source

Went to the source to day to get an adapter to transfer all my files from my old tablet to my new one. Brendan helped me and transfered all my files to the new tablet. He did this even though I did not buy my tablet from the Source. He went above and beyond to help. This process took about three quarters of an hour. He was very knowledgable and very personable. I had a great experience in this store.

A few wks ago I wanted to buy a shiny new laptop. The sales rep,Josh, said to me,"If you can wait until Nov come back then. The sales will be starting and you can save $200 or more!" He had to kinda convince me bc yes I wanted one that v day! I'm in my 60s. He could've easily sold me a shiny new laptop at the higher price, I'd not known the difference. Ty Josh I'll be back in Nov 👍

Any question I have for the staff in Salmon Arm is answered thoroughly and patiently. Kudos to you all!

The phone I've had for 10 years stopped charging, so I took it down to The Source (since they are the agents for Virgin) and they said it was shot and I'd have to get a new one. So I bought a new one there. When it turned out the old phone could be fixed economically (thanks, Think Monkey!), I went back to the Source and they took the new phone back no hassle! Friendly and considerate staff!

My wife received stellar service from this store at solving a problem with her new Virgin mobile account. (She signed up with Virgin at a different store in a different province and this store helped her anyway.) The store manager spent an hour on the phone with Virgin to get her problem fixed. My wife was not surprised by the great service because I bought a new cell phone at this store in January and also experienced helpful and friendly service. I highly recommend shopping here.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I needed to replace my phone while visiting Salmon Arm and the staff here made the process easy and pleasant. Brandon and Ali specifically worked very hard to make sure I was getting the best deal and to help set up my mobile account. Definitely recommend this location!
