From professional screen protector installation, to cleaning out a dusty gaming system (sorry!) to fixing computers that have gone haywire, the Think Monkey team has been excellent every time that I have needed them.

On top of the professional tech help, they are truly part of the community that they serve. Their smiles and humor are sincere, they generously give their time to teach young people (check out their social media), and they are actively involved with other local businesses and community events.

My iPhone X stopped working. None of the buttons wouldn't work. I managed to shut it down, but it came back on asking to restore. I tried many times to restore it, and even got Genius bar to give it a go. After several attempts with multiple laptops and cords, they said it must be a hardware issue and since I no longer have warranty on it, they could give me a replacement phone for approx. $720!!! And I would need to give up my "dead" phone to get the replacement for that price. I didn't want to give it up as I know the battery and screen are still good. A good friend of mine recommended I get Ross and his team at Think Monkey to give it a go. I figured why not, its already not working. Well Im SO GLAD I DID!!! They got it up and running within minutes of opening it up! Johanna did an amazing job, she took her time and ensured all aspects of the phone was working before getting it back to me. They took the time to keep me updated on the repair. I have an OCD issue when it comes to my stuff and I was extremely happy with the quality of work and communication they provided. Ross is easy to talk to, and he has a exceptional team behind him. I will not hesitate to recommend or take any of my devices to Think Monkey!!!

Ross and his team know their stuff and I can see from working with Thinkmonkey for more than a year now they really care! You can’t really ask for more when it comes to a repair shop. You get good, caring people who go the extra mile. You can’t imagine how much work it takes to stay on top of technology when it’s changing everyday. New phones, tablets, laptops, software changing the way components interact with each other and it goes on.
I know Ross has had many late nights and early mornings keeping on top of the ever changing landscape of technology.

We've been dealing with ThinkMonkey since September and have purchased three refurbished phones from them. They stand by their work, they put their customers first and go way beyond what would be considered professional. The owner cares deeply that they provide the absolute best service they can. We're very glad they're in town and will return to them over and over again if/when need be.
