The lady here is so lovely and friendly, wonderful service, the food is delicious and came out quickly. A very cute little restaurant! You should eat here!

The sushi here is not bad, however unfortunately the donburi and yaki-soba are not very good. The donburi has no fresh vegetables (just cooked carrots, cabbage, and onion in lots and lots of teriyaki sauce). The yaki-soba is the same, but on noodles instead of rice. It was very oily. The bibimbap was good, and had a lot more vegetables.

I don’t like leaving less than positive reviews, but we all regretted not getting the sushi like last time. Hoping to save someone else the same disappointment.

Had been meaning to give this place a try due to the great reviews. The staff was very friendly and kind when calling in and picking up the order. I ordered two specialty rolls, a couple veggie rolls and the croquettes . The veggie rolls were pretty good. Both specialty rolls, however, were not good at all and I ended up tossing half of both of them away. One (Golden Lady) was a saucy/ runny mess with one of the sauces being what tasted like, basically, canned tomato sauce. The other (Boston) was over sauced as well and very salty. The three stars is for the veggie rolls and croquettes. The croquettes were really good but, unfortunately, also sauced really heavily. I absolutely love sushi and try to support local as much as possible - this meal just didn’t work out.

Considering you are in Comox this place is great. The sushi rolls, bibimbap and katsu were all beyond my expectations. The service was very polite and attentive. If you are feeling the need for Korean/Japanese food this place will not disappoint you.
