(November 29, 2023, 5:32 pm)I took my daughter to the Timber Room for supper last night for her birthday The server was great However the 2 steak meals were cold. Disappointing to say the least. My salmon dinner was fine Thanks Maxine
(November 6, 2023, 5:03 am)Best stay in the Comox Valley, for sure. The rooms are VERY spacious and have a large indoor jacuzzi, large TVs, full kitchen and all sorts of amenities you can think of. Despite not playing golf (they are a Golf Resort), I’d go there just to stay in their apartments as from what I’ve seen there’s nothing like it in the region.
(August 27, 2023, 1:12 am)Staff here are great, super friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with our room when we checked in and they rectified the problem for us. I believe it was Emma and the assistant manager (name started with a "J" sorry I can't remember) who provided excellent customer service. I would recommend this resort and will be back.
