I currently own a boxing club and have had plenty of injuries through many different sports. I had a nagging lower back issue wouldn't heal completely. David got me in right away. "ONE" session and it was gone. I only wish I knew earlier. His guidance was valuable to get me back in the ring and ready for an upcoming event

35 years ago, I tore my acl and a piece of my tiba off in a skiing accident. Since that time, I wore a brace for stability, and subsequently had 3 more operations to repair the AcL, torn meniscus. I’m very active ( horse back riding, hiking, martial arts & also have a fair amount of arthritis in the same knee, causing flare ups and immobilization. I also had cortisone for pain, as I can’t take anti inflammatory meds. After research & consultation, I decided to try PRP, as my knee replacement could be years away.
I had 3 injections one month apart. The first treatment seemed to take away about 70% of the pain & my knee started to stabilize. The second treatment was much better and quicker, it relieved 100% of my pain within 48 hours. After this treatment my knee was functioning almost normally, without pain. Including stable while twisting and kneeling, which it has not been in 35 years. I also am able to use my knee correctly when riding my horse & this has given me tremendous confidence! The last shot, has been even better. If you’re looking at getting this done, even for pain relief while awaiting surgery, i would recommend it!

Prolotherapy is not a quick fix and can be an uncomfortable procedure for some but the results can be really beneficial if you are suffering from chronic pain. For over 20 years, I have experienced various levels of low back pain as a result of an injury in the PSIS, over use of low back muscles, tendons & ligaments and loss of core strength which limited my day to day activities. I found that these treatments combined with regular exercise and stretching in the form of yin yoga has drastically improved my quality of life and I can now go pain free for days and I have been able to re-engage in many physical activities.
Thank you Dr Dave for your care!

As a baseball pitcher, I had ongoing shoulder pain for 3 years and I tried several other treatments before I came across the Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Injection. This was the treatment that worked for me. I was able to get back to consistently throwing and pushing myself more in training.

I also had the PRP injection for my lower back and it improved that as well.

I would highly recommend PRP to anyone. It was a difference maker! Dr. Milanovich was very knowledgeable with giving some insight into what muscles etc. were being targeted with the injection.

I am a Military Veteran who has suffered with knee pain for the last 25 years or more. While in the military I was prescribed stupid amounts of Ibuprofen and pain killers to curb the pain. After retirement I tried Synvisc injections for about 4 years which helped for about 5 months per injection, but I still required my knee braces and walking sticks to go for walks. The pain was manageable until one day my knee reacted to a set of the Synvic injections it and swelled up like a balloon and put me into the Emergency Room to have 90 cc's of fluid aspirated from my knee.

Then I connected with David and tried the PRP injections! This was a life changer for me. I get the injections a few times per year now, as I've managed to get them covered through Veterans Affairs. So for the Veterans reading this, you can get this covered, but you'll have to fight for it! Contact me if you need to.

My life now since I've started getting injections. The knee braces sit on a shelf collecting dust, don't need them any more. Haven't used my walking sticks either, don't need them either. No more Ibuprofen or pain killers required to curb the pain. I feel great and I can't say enough about David and the PRP injections I've been receiving for my knees.

David is knowledgeable and professional in every way, and explains the entire process and how the PRP works for you. I strongly recommend David's services.

Receiving PRP injections for my knee has changed my life. Not only have I been pain free, but I feel like the damage to my knees over the last 25 years is starting to repair itself with the PRP injections.
