So glad we have Seeds in downtown Cumberland, It's a great Green Grocery to have locally. There is a wide selection that has expanded varieties. The staff are very friendly/helpful. I especially like their Focaccia bread they stock from Denman Island. YUM!!

Friendly staff and a nice independent boutique food market. It has fresh fruit and vegetables at reasonable prices. Staples dry and frozen goods to dairy offerings. Great place for the local villagers.

Pleasantly funky little store. Good quality produce. Surprising selection. Friendly, helpful staff. Good vibes. 😊

Locals seem to love it. The carefully curated selection is reasonably priced. They have average every day items but also specialty items. Some of the staff are helpful and charming. I look forward to my next trip to Seeds Food Market.

I love this small community store it has a great selection considering the size and quality products. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to shop at.
