“I have been using this local yoga studio for many years. If you want a true yoga class in a studio environment from qualified yoga teachers, there is a nice choice of classes here for you. Also, the laser light therapy treatment I received at Bliss helped my knee patellar tendinopathy heal quicker than if I had left it alone. As a soccer player, it was causing sharp pain but with several laser treatments, the swelling has gone down and I can play again. She also helped a dislocated finger heal but that is another story! I highly recommend the laser therapy treatment at Bliss Wellness Centre.”
