“Updated Review - July 2023 Just as delicious and tasty as last time. My wife tried the veggie burger this time and really enjoyed it. I gave their poutine a try and there was lots of curds and gravy. Made even better that they had malt vinegar for their fries. Original Review - July 2022 Dropped in to Boardwalk for some lunch while spending the day at the pool with the family. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they had a kid's menu, which isn't listed on their website. The food was tasty and delicious. The burgers did have a bit more grease than what we're used to, but I suspect this is normal for this restaurant chain. Our kids loved their grilled cheese and fries. The restaurant was very clean inside and out on the patio, and the staff were very friendly. We even stopped in after swimming to give their milkshakes a try, and they were quite the hit for the family.”

“We exchanged our time share in Breckenridge, CO, USA. I am very happy to say that the resort exceeds my expectations! The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Some of the reviews have been quite negative, perhaps they were pre-remodel. Suite A is roomy, well furnished and relaxing. Suite B is supposed to be smaller and face the parking area. Both sides have a view of mountains. The location is further south than is optimal for us but that also provides distance from the crowds….”

“Beautiful paved biking (or walking) trail. The north end is quite hilly and has switchbacks so if you're not comfortable I'd start at the middle or south end. Other than that 8 km it's pretty steady and a straightforward ride. Has rest areas, picnic tables and views along the way. Some road crossings but everything is clearly signed.”

“Great resort, and great location. Rooms were nice and very clean. The check in process couldn't have gone quicker. My only issues, the rooms need to be stocked with at least salt and pepper and no ice cube trays in the fridge. If the resort had an ice machine...no big deal, but not even that. Our patio had cigarette butts all over it as well.”

“Awesome place. We stayed in for a week. Rooms are spacious. We had view of far mountains. Too bad that the balcony has no privacy. Full kitchen, we definitely could use better quality of utensils. Furniture could use some upgrading. We're very impressed with the front desk staff. Very, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Pool area was very clean. Outdoor hot tub was working, so was the sauna, steamroom and indoor hot tub. Pool is nice too. We had very good time.”

“A lovely basement in the middle of the golf course . Individual privroom with a common sitting area. Breakfast by the host in the main floor . The place was so pretty and cozy. Very clean and very spacious rooms. Rosemary was an excellent host. She has a lovely garden too. She was very hospitable and informative . Lovely neighborhood with the golf course . Not far from the restaurants and coffee shops.”

“An amazing place nearby Fairmont Hot Springs. This was honestly one of the best places we ate at during our stay at the resort. The food was literally amazing and tasted like something your grandma would make. We loved literally every part of our visit to this bistro and would definitely recommend it to anyone. I am not sure if they have a dog-friendly patio, but they allowed us to bring our dog with us. We were really happy because we did not want to leave him at the hotel or in the car. I would recommend giving them a call like we did, just to check in if you could take your pet.”

“Gorgeous views of the mountains. Very close to the Fairmont Hot Springs. Chilly and refreshing pool for hot days. Clean bathrooms and showers. My only concern was that the main garbage bin site was right in the centre of about 6 camping sights. This was not a bear proof garbage bin, and with the camp staff letting me know there was a bear along the river recently I did not feel safe sleeping so close to the garbage in a tent.”
