“I find this place top notch and the people there are even better. After skiing on the same pair of skis for a very long time Matt helped me get on some new ones and certainly more modern. I rented a set of skis for 3 days each day trying a different length. Matt was spot on the first day with the skis I bought. The took the price of the ski rental off the new set of skis. I'm from Alberta and even though I paid PST I would still go back to this shop! 5 star all the the way. Update. July 17 2019. This shop is the best. I went there first thing in the morning with a used DH bike I bought the day before that had brake issues and I was hoping to head to panorama the same day. Matt was there and after he had set the store up for the day helped to get my bike up and running for the day in less than an hour! Two brake levers changed and new pads for the brakes! I can't say enough great things about this shop! They will always have my business! The one star ratings on Google? I have never seen anything like what people have been saying about this shop! Top notch shop all the way! Thanks Matt!!!!”

“Had a bad road bike crash and took my bike in for an estimate. Richard (one of the mechanics) was great in answering all my questions and providing awesome advice. The repair was quick and very reasonable. 5 stars for sure. Michael Meinig”

“Great experience getting my pair of 'vintage' bicycles all tuned up for hitting the trails. Thanks Tyler for your keen counsel. A positive team of people, and as always, Scott is great to chat it up.”

“Hands down the most eclectic, in-depth, rewarding, frustrating (huge inventory) , Canadian, store slugging it out on the ground and online. Mark, Andy, and their team have to be investigated if you have any interest in serious outdoor activities: we have bought a heads to toe set of gear and have always had the backing of this vendor's excellent customer service from day 1 behind us. I would most recommend Mark's commitment to youth and disabled inclusion in sport as the most important focus of this review from custom cut boots, to ability bikes, to one of a kind orders that only Gear Hub has delivered (Steel bike Frame!) . These folks possibly work against their own business interest to engage the customer over years, to ground your and yours in our love of the outdoors. We are 20 year plus clients, including our son who is Autistic, we have all felt most welcome, yet this. takes time, mutual respect, and passion. Hats off.”
