You'd think that my trip would have been a failure: on the contrary! Even though they didn't have my part and in fact didn't even deal with that brand, they looked online for me until they found a suitable part, then printed it out the product webpage from the rival vendor, and set me on my way, far ahead of where I'd been when I walked in. Now that's pretty amazing service.”
