“Love the quality, cut, and texture of the kindred studio gear for me and my kids. It’s fun twinning with them when they’re little and still allow me to. The leggings are a little hit-and-miss depending on the fabric (newer, solid coloured ones are much more buttery soft, breathable, and stretchy (cozy) compared to the older flower patterned ones. The Henley top in size 5-6 fits my size 4 sized boy pretty good, whereas the fern print Tshirt in 5-6 fits like a mini dress. Adult sizing seems good: Dwelling apparel fits me great/flattering (I have 2 colours now), pretty laundry pj henley is very similar fit, except longer/looser in the torso (a frame).”

“I went to Emco seeking a replacement cartridge for a tub faucet. It was an American Standard, and I found out that they don't carry American Standard parts. You'd think that my trip would have been a failure: on the contrary! Even though they didn't have my part and in fact didn't even deal with that brand, they looked online for me until they found a suitable part, then printed it out the product webpage from the rival vendor, and set me on my way, far ahead of where I'd been when I walked in. Now that's pretty amazing service.”
