“I went to Julia's Hair Salon a couple weeks ago for a layered hair cut. I was going for a "octopus" or "hush" cut which typically has short layers on top, longer layers on the bottom, soft waves and curtain bangs. She was very attentive to check in during each step of the hair cut. Since the ends of my hair were really damaged from past coloring and previous perms, we decided to cut off the damaged hair. This left my natural hair, which is very straight. She went over how to style my hair to get the same look as the reference photo I brought in. But because my hair typically goes flat again even after using an iron, I asked about her perming services. I typically don't do much with my hair, so she suggested a texture perm as it would be more gentle than the types of perms I had at other salons and we would get closer to the look I wanted. After my hair cut, we booked the texture perm, which I had for today! The perm took around 2 hours or so and we also went over styling and hair care after my texture perm. Instead of the typical rollers used at other salons which create tight coils, she cone shaped rollers to create a softer and more natural wave. I highly suggest Julia's Hair Salon, especially if you're looking to get a perm. She's very experienced in doing perms and creating the style you're looking for. Getting an appointment at her salon was very simple quick as well. I love how my hair turned out! Thanks so much!”

We chatted casually, she is very friendly and easy to talk too, and she opened with a question that I think is quite genius; "What do you like/dislike about your hair?" Andrea is awesome, she illustrates excellent customer service, she always tries to work around my schedule (even with a tight schedule herself) and her prices are very reasonable, she made me feel very comfortable considering that Brazilian laser treatment can be very intimate and may not be comfortable to do with just anyone. I grew up with really thick hair and the laser and most importantly Andrea's skills have seemed to work really well on my skin, leaving it almost hairless and extremely smooth. “Came here for the first time. Very professional and clean. We were a bit late, but they were patient. Took the time needed to perfect the cut. Great for 8 & 3 yo. I asked them to cut the side burns in a V shape and they actually listened!! And I only had to say it once. Every other barber I went to cut their sideburns short and in a flat line across. Both of the haircuts (done by two different people) turned out okay. The owner seemed a bit rushed, probably as we were late and he had another appointment right behind us, but he was courteous. The younger guy really took his time and perfected the hair cut. Super happy with his effort. Overall, thanks guys. Planning to come back!”

I had booked last minute with her, as all the other body sugaring places were fully booked and I'm just visiting, and she was able to squeeze me into her schedule. Upon arriving, Rachel warmly welcomed me and went straight into sugaring, after giving me some time to prep. “This salon is top notch customer service. My daughter was in desperate need of change and a pick me up after recently going through some personal stuff, so I told her to make an appointment somewhere and I will treat her. She called this salon (Salon 77) and spoke to Mandy who happened to also be the owner of the business and told her what she would like done (shampoo, cut, full head foils or Balayage. My daughter worked till 3:00 so it would have to be anytime after 3:30, keep in mind this was a Tuesday and the salon was only open till 6:30. Mandy told her that she will do her hair for her, but she had another client to do and should be done by 5:30 and she would stay late to do my daughter’s hair. I don’t think Mandy realized my daughter has very long hair and she was getting herself into a little more than what she bargained for. Nonetheless Mandy didn’t even flinch she smiled and took the time to discuss ideas for my daughter’s hair. She did a full head of foils both highlights and lowlights, deep conditioning, hair mask, scalp massage, cut, blow dry and even took the time to curl it finishing just before 9:00. Not once did she seem to be rushed to get done and get out of there. Her prices were extremely reasonable and worth every penny. Mandy took customer service to a whole other level and is a force to be reckoned with in the industry. Salon 77 now has both mine and my daughter’s business, I highly recommend this salon for anyone who wants quality work, awesome prices and amazing customer service. They also do manicures, pedicures, waxing and facials.”
