There was a minor hiccup that was attended to immediately, with Dr. Johal personally calling me to make sure that everything was going smoothly, which was something that I have yet to experience with any other doctor (including doctors in the US when I lived there) While I was going through my final appointment at the Community Outreach Clinic for wound care, the nurse helping me commented on how impressed she was with the incision and how little of a scar there was. I was impressed that I had a belly button again (I had a large umbilical hernia), as I had come to grips that I wouldn't have one again. Thank you so very much Dr. Johal! “Overall I had a very good experience here. I am currently expecting after receiving an IUI treatment. My advice to anyone going to the clinic, don’t expect any handholding, it’s an emotional process but this is a very professional place and most of the doctors are not Into coddling you. They will get straight to the point, do all the tests you need etc. If you want handholding, get a midwife after you’re done.”

Dental hygienists are also really awesome. The staff are really friendly and are really great at following up with health care plans. I thought I was going to lose the tooth and have to get an implant which can be very costly. Luckily for me my wife had referred me to Dr.Chin. Not only did he save the tooth and get me a perfect fit for the crown that went on it, him and his team made the whole experience very comforting and were very professional.
